Manage your IDEXX Neo subscription. You can change plans and update credit card information.
If your card has expired, send an email to SoftwareBilling@idexx.com or call Neo Sales at 1-888-IDEXX-NEO.
- Click your name in the menu bar. Then click Subscriptions.
- Review your current subscription details, including your current Neo Plan and add-ons.
- Click the IDEXX Invoice Gateway link to be taken to the IDEXX Billtrust portal where you can:
- View your current subscription balance or payment history.
Note: Only payments made directly through the gateway can be viewed here. - Update your payment information.
