Manage your IDEXX Neo subscription

Manage your IDEXX Neo subscription. You can change plans and update credit card information.

If your card has expired, send an email to SoftwareBilling@idexx.com or call Neo Sales at 1-888-IDEXX-NEO.

  1. Click your name in the menu bar. Then click Subscriptions.
  2. Review your current subscription details, including your current Neo Plan and add-ons.
  3. Click the IDEXX Invoice Gateway link to be taken to the IDEXX Billtrust portal where you can:
    • View your current subscription balance or payment history. 
       Note: Only payments made directly through the gateway can be viewed here.
    • Update your payment information.

  4. For additional billing options and support information. Click Please click here to review your options to be taken to the IDEXX Billing Support webpage.
