With the initial download of diagnostic products after connecting a diagnostic integration, Neo automatically applies the default diagnostic markup value in Branch Settings as the markup rate for all diagnostic tests.

Note: If you later change this default diagnostic markup value, Neo only applies the new value to diagnostic products where you have not edited the product's specific markup rate or pricing.
If you change the markup rate here, and you want to apply it to existing diagnostic products, go into each product's details and apply the change.
- On the menu, click your name and then click Administration.
- In the System Admin area, click Branch Settings.
- In the Default Diagnostics Markup box, enter the default markup rate for all diagnostic products.
- Click Save Settings.
- For multi-branch practices only. To review or update each branch's diagnostic markup rate, log in to that branch and repeat the steps above.
Tip: To log in to a different branch, click the branch name in the main menu bar, select a branch name from the Branch dropdown, and click Select Location.
