Set up Deputy.com (Rostering)

When you integrate IDEXX Neo and Deputy.com, the practice can view a provider on the Schedule tab, and a green line will be visible next to the times that individual is scheduled to be working, according to Deputy. 

  1. Set up an account with Deputy at deputy.com.
  2. Click your name in the menu bar. Then click Administration.
  3. Under Branch Management, click Rostering. If a practice has multiple branches, the Deputy Company ID must be entered on the Branch Settings window.
  4. Click Connect with Deputy.
  5. Enter the Deputy account email address and password.
  6. Click Log in.
  7. Select the organization.
  8. Click Authorize.
  9. A week is the default date range to synchronize, but this can be changed.
  10. Click Synchronize.
    Note: Before synchronizing, confirm that the practice employees have been created as People in Deputy with a schedule. The names in Deputy must match the user names in Neo; and in Neo, the user must be designated as a provider.
