Use your existing forms in combination with Neo's mass mailing reports for communications such as discounts, promotions, newsletters, and more.
IMPORTANT: Before you begin, create the Forms & Certificates template you want to send to your clients. See Add or update a form or certificate for information on creating a document.
- To send only one communication per client that fits the selected analysis criteria regardless of the number of pets, use the Client Mailing Lists (Newsletters, SMS, Email) report.
- To send one communication per patient that fits the selected analysis criteria, use the Patient Mailing Lists with filters for Products and Signalment.
- Click your name in the menu bar. Then click Reports.
- Under Patient Reports, click Patient Mailing Lists with filters for Products and Signalment.
Tip: Select Patient Reports from the Category drop-down, and/or enter a search term (for example, mail or mass) in the Search box to quickly locate the report.

Under Client Reports, click Client Mailing Lists (Newsletters, SMS, Email).

- Complete the additional criteria to determine who receives the communication.
- Select the Spreadsheet
- Click Run Analysis.
- When the analysis is complete, click the result you want to view:
- Download spreadsheet to view the results in spreadsheet format
- Email Out to send an email to all records in the spreadsheet that have a valid email address
- SMS Out to send an SMS message to all records in the spreadsheet that have a valid number
- Print Client Forms to print a client form for all records in the spreadsheet
- Print Patient Forms to print a patient form for all records in the spreadsheet
- Select the appropriate form.
Note: Individual reminders can be sent by selecting the name of the reminder. - Click Send (or Print Form, depending on the option selected).
Tip: By default, website information and page numbers may appear on documents you print using your local printer. See Remove headers and footers on printed documents.
