When searching for a patient, you can use multiple filters, as well as search through deactivated records. Instead of searching, you can click a letter on the search bar to display a list of patients according to that letter.
- Click the Patients tab.
- In the search fields, enter the patient's first or last name. You can click the plus sign to add more filters.
- Select the Include deactivated records check box to make sure the patient doesn't have an existing record.
- Click Go.
- Select the patient in the list.
