Search for a patient and confirm information

When searching for a patient, you can use multiple filters, as well as search through deactivated records. Instead of searching, you can click a letter on the search bar to display a list of patients according to that letter.

  1. Click the Patients tab.
  2. In the search fields, enter the patient's first or last name. You can click the plus sign to add more filters.
  3. Select the Include deactivated records check box to make sure the patient doesn't have an existing record.
  4. Click Go.
  5. Select the patient in the list.
