Search for a client and confirm information

When searching for a client, you can use multiple filters, as well as search through deactivated records. Instead of searching, you can click a letter on the search bar to display clients listed by last name according to that letter.

  1. Click the Clients tab.
  2. Enter the client's first or last name in the search fields. You can click the plus sign to add more filters.
    Tip: Select a different field from the drop down to search by that field.
  3. Select the Include deactivated records check box to make sure the client doesn't have an old record.
  4. Click Go.
  5. Click the client in the list to view the record.
  6. On the Overview tab, review or update information, as needed.
  7. If you updated any information, click Save.
