When searching for a client, you can use multiple filters, as well as search through deactivated records. Instead of searching, you can click a letter on the search bar to display clients listed by last name according to that letter.
- Click the Clients tab.
- Enter the client's first or last name in the search fields. You can click the plus sign to add more filters.
Tip: Select a different field from the drop down to search by that field. - Select the Include deactivated records check box to make sure the client doesn't have an old record.
- Click Go.
- Click the client in the list to view the record.
- On the Overview tab, review or update information, as needed.
- If you updated any information, click Save.
