Set up Weave integration with Neo

For North American customers only

This article teaches you how to set up a Weave integration with Neo.

With a Weave integration, data from Neo will automatically be synced with Weave to enhance Weave features including: 

  • Weave Phones
  • Schedule
  • Two-way text messages
  • Appointment confirmations via text
  • Automatic reminders

Prerequisites: Your practice must have an existing Weave account on a product bundle which allows for integration with Neo. To verify your current Weave bundle or for more information, go to https://www.getweave.com/integration/neo/ .

Permissions: System Admin

  1. In the main menu bar, click your username. Then select Administration.
  2. In the System Admin section, select Integrations.
  3. For multi-branch practices. Review or select your branch.
  4. In the Weave section, click Connect.
  5. When your API key is generated, you will see it displayed along with a status of Connected. Click the copy icon to copy the API key to share it with your Weave Onboarder or Account Manager who will assist you in completing the configuration.

  • In Neo, you will be able to view appointment confirmations by Weave and Weave communications:
    • When an appointment is confirmed in Weave, the appointment confirmation status will be automatically updated in real-time to Confirmed in Neo.

    • After you complete the Text Writeback steps in Weave, Weave communications will automatically display in the Neo client and patient Comm Logs, allowing you to view complete communication histories between you and your clients in a central location.
