Confirm an appointment

This article takes you through how to manually confirm a patient appointment on the Schedule. 

  1. Click the Schedule tab.
  2. Navigate to the applicable date.
  3. Locate the appointment.
    Tip: Click the List button Schedule LIST VIEW button.png to display the appointments for the selected date in a list view. Appointments and blocks are sorted by their start time, duration (longest to shortest), and room name.
    • Press CTRL + P to print the list view. You can also right-click and select Print.
    • Click the List button again to return to the schedule grid view.
  4. Optional. Double-click the appointment to view the appointment details, including the client’s telephone number(s).
  5. Single-click the appointment to display the popover card.
  6. Click the Unconfirmed button to confirm the appointment.
    Tip: You can also click the Confirm icon on the left side of the popover card.

  7. Select a confirmation status on the Confirmation popover card.Confirm_unconfirmed.png
    Note: The user who confirmed the appointment will be recorded on the Confirmation popover card.
  8. View the appointment confirmation icon on the schedule.

Note: To change the confirmation status, click the Left Message or Confirmed button. Then select the new confirmation status.
