Set up Otto integration with Neo

A seamless integration between Neo and Otto Flow saves you time by reducing the need for dual entry by automatically writing clients' conversations and digital forms back into Neo patient records.

For both your and your clients’ convenience, Otto offers both web and mobile versions of its application.

Set up Otto integration with Neo

Go to the Otto website at https://Otto.com/sign-up to begin your Otto integration with Neo. The Otto team will assist you with your setup, training, and support.

  1. Go to https://otto.com/sign-up. 
  2. To request a Otto demo, use the available calendar to select a date and time. Then click Request a demo

Activate Otto integration

After you sign up, you will receive an email from Otto with your onboarding instructions and Otto Clinic ID. You must complete the integration setup in Neo.

  1. In Neo, click your username. Then click Administration.
  2. In the System Admin section, click Integrations.
  3. In the Otto section, enter the Otto Clinic ID.
    Note: You can get your Otto Clinic ID from your Otto Implementation Manger or from the email sent by Otto with your onboarding instructions.
  4. Click Connect.
    Note: To disconnect the Otto integration, click Disconnect.

As part of your onboarding with Otto, you will learn how to:

  • Communicate with your clients via text, phone calls, and video calls.
  • Export forms, pictures, and conversations directly into a patient's Consults tab in Neo.
  • Create message templates, so you can quickly and efficiently communicate with clients.
  • Set up surveys to keep up with client satisfaction reports.
  • Respond to client requests submitted through your website widget.
