To enable a connection between Neo and Vetsource, you must complete the following steps.
- In Neo, click your name in the menu bar. Then click Administration.
- Under System Admin, click Integrations.

For multi-branch practices. Select your branch.

In the Vetsource section, click Connect.
- When your API key is generated, you will see it displayed along with a status of Connected.

Click the copy icon to copy the API key to paste into an email to Vetsource.
- Email the following information to datasupport@vetsource.com:
- Practice name
- Practice address
- Practice phone number
- Contact name
- Contact phone
- Contact email
- Neo API key
- Vetsource will complete the Neo connection for your practice and communicate any other onboarding steps to you.
- For multi-branch practices. Repeat steps 3-8 for each branch to be connected to Vetsource.
