With this new data connection, your practice data will be pulled into Vetsource services to improve prescription workflow and efficiency for your practice, power client engagement and marketing, and drive reporting and analytics.

Yes. Vetsource prescription information displays in the Neo patient record when you have a Vetsource integration with Neo and prescription write-back enabled.
To enable Vetsource prescription write-back:
- If your practice has an existing Vetsource integration with Neo, contact your Vetsource Account Owner or email datasupport@vetsource.com to request write-back be enabled for your practice. Note: No additional setup in Neo is required.
- If your practice does not have Vetsource, you can complete a contact form at https://vetsource.com/ to learn more about their services. When you sign up for Vetsource Prescription Management, be sure to opt in to write-back on your Vetsource enrollment form.
