Neo is compatible with IDEXX Reminder Service for customers in the US only
Postcard reminders are easy to set up and use with IDEXX Neo and the IDEXX Reminder Service.
The IDEXX Reminder Service combines multiple pets and services from the same household onto one reminder postcard (up to 7 lines; each pet's name and each reminder counts as one line). Note that this may result in fewer mailed postcards than the total number listed on the IDEXX Reminder Service order confirmation email.
You can also send reminders from Neo by email, mail, or SMS message.
Create a list of reminders in Neo:
- Click your name in the menu bar. Then click Administration.
- Under General, click Reminders.
- Click All Due Reminders.
- The date range is set for the current month, but you can change it. If you change it, click Go.
Tip: You can select dates in the past for overdue reminders and dates in the future for reminders coming due. - You can filter the list or search using the information in the column headers. See Manage and send reminders for more details.
- Click Export CSV and save the file to a location on your computer.
The file should be saved with an .xls extension. If it's not, open the file, click Save As, and save it with an .xls extension.
Note: If you have more than one type of postcard reminder or message to send, create an .xls file for each type and give each one a different name.
Use the IDEXX Reminder Service:
- Go to the IDEXX Reminder Service website.
- Sign in, create an account, or click the start exploring link.
- Click Reminder Cards.
- Select the card size and design.
- Enter your practice information. This appears on the postcard as your contact information.
- Select text for the back of your card or write your own message.
- Select font color and style.
- Add your practice logo or select a logo.
- Click Next.
- Review what the postcards will look like. If you accept the proof, click Next.
- Click Next to proceed to upload your reminder file.
Note: Make sure Upload your Reminder File is selected. - Click Choose File and select the .xls file you saved on your desktop.
- Click Next.
- Enter your SAP ID in the Client ID box.
- Click Place Order. Your postcards will be sent by the IDEXX Reminder Service.
