To track doctor productivity in Neo, you can designate a provider for a consultation, estimate, or refund. You can also track individual products and services by assigning a provider to each line item. This also ensures the patient medical history will be correct.
You can view provider performance sales totals by provider on the Practice Dashboard including: # of invoices, gross sales, net sales, and average gross sales.
These steps will allow you to review doctor production based on what was sold.
- Click your name in the menu bar. Then click Reports.
- Locate and click Sales and Cost of Sales filtered by Veterinarian.
Tip: Click the Filter button
then select Sales from the Category drop-down, and/or enter a search term (for example, sales or provider) in the Search box to quickly locate the report.
Note: Use the Sales by Product Class report if you prefer to review provider sales by product class. - In the Date From/To boxes, select the date range for the report.
- In the Analysis Criteria area, select the provider from the Provider drop-down list.
Note: This is the staff member selected in the Provider field at the line item level on the consultation. The exception is diagnostics, which use the consultation provider. - Select the format for the report. You can download spreadsheet results to your computer and view other formats on screen.
- Click Run Analysis.
- In the Results Area, click Download Spreadsheet under Detail report of sales and cost of sales by Veterinarian.
- Open the spreadsheet.
