Lock consultation notes

To protect your patients’ medical notes from being updated or deleted once complete, you can lock your consultation from further editing with the click of a button.

Consultation notes can be modified when unlocked, regardless of the consultation's status (draft, unpaid, paid, partially paid).

Once consultation notes have been locked, you can only unlock it if you have been granted the appropriate user permission by your practice.
