Even better: you can add tap-able checkboxes to procedure templates and client-facing forms, so completing them is easier and more efficient than ever, whether you’re a client giving consent or a doctor completing SOAP notes.

- Inserting images into forms is a breeze: just select any image stored on the device, and you’re done.
- For a consistent, professional look Neo now has a default font family and size for all forms. To get you started, we have set the default font to simple, classic Arial, size 16px /12pt. You will notice the font change:
- on consultation, estimate, and refund notes.
- on forms and procedure templates where a font was not selected in the template administration.
Note: You can change your practice's default font settings under Administration > Company Settings.
- An expanded menu of form tools! Underline, set page breaks, and copy formatting from one section of text to another. You’ve got more font and background colors to choose from for forms, procedure templates, and consultations. Want to resize a table column? Click on the borders, then drag the column to the desired dimensions.
