Vetcove is an inventory ordering tool that provides your practice with a central location to:

  • View custom pricing, what’s in stock, and promotions in real time from vendors (suppliers).
  • Compare prices and purchase products from multiple vendors at once.

Vetcove can quickly be integrated with Neo to deliver a seamless and streamlined ordering process.

  • Items on Neo’s Critical Stock Shortage list automatically populate to Vetcove for faster, more accurate ordering.
  • Creates POs in Neo automatically, and you receive products the same way you do now.
  • View up to two years of past purchase history with individual vendors, and access powerful reporting to analyze purchase trends, usage and pricing.

Set up Vetcove

Practices in the United States can sign up at www.vetcove.com/signup for a free account!

Once the account is created, you can connect your vendors to see your own special pricing in Vetcove.   

For multi branch practices. Practices will need a Vetcove account for each Neo branch.

Permission: System Admin

Activate Vetcove Integration 

  1. In Neo, click your name in the menu bar. Then click Administration.
  2. Under System Admin, click Integrations.
  3. In the Vetcove section, click Connect.
  4. Enter your Vetcove username and password, as prompted.
    Note: Your Vetcove account name and ID will display after your account has been successfully connected.
  5. For multi-branch practices. Repeat steps 3-4 for each branch.
  6. After you connect Neo to Vetcove, you will be brought to the Vetcove login page if you have not already signed into Vetcove on that device that day. 
  7. Note: If your practice has not signed up for a Vetcove account yet, you may do so from the Vetcove login page by selecting “Don’t have an account?”

Once connected, Neo sends its list of products tracking quantity on hand and the products’ stock levels to Vetcove.  

The products from Neo are then refreshed nightly to Vetcove. 

Note: You will also be able to manually sync the products in Vetcove before placing orders.

Reminder: Neo products must have a value entered in the Min stock level box in order to track quantity on hand and be synched to Vetcove.

Additionally, Neo products need a unit type selected in the Product details, that could save you from having to match while receiving purchase orders.  


In Vetcove, you will:

  • See your Neo products that are tracking quantity on hand in Vetcove's list of products.  
  • Link your Neo products to the corresponding products in Vetcove that you will order.
    Note: More than one Vetcove product can be linked to each Neo product to allow ordering by different purchase sizes.

Note: You will also have the opportunity to link your products when you receive purchase orders.

 


Once you have completed steps 1-4 above, your practice is now ready to begin ordering your inventory online through Vetcove and easily manage your receipts and stock levels in Neo.
