Set up Vetstoria
Practices can go to https://www.vetstoria.com/integrations/idexx-neo/ to request a demo and sign up for Vetstoria.
For multi branch practices. You will only need one Vetstoria account for your Neo company.
For multi branch practices. You will only need to generate one API key for your Neo company.
Permission: System Admin
- In Neo, click your name in the menu bar. Then click Administration.
- Under System Admin, click Integrations.
- In the Vetstoria section, click Connect.
- When your API key is generated, you will see it displayed along with a status of Connected.
- IMPORTANT: You must send your API key to Vetstoria. Click the copy icon to copy the API key to paste into an email to send to your Vetstoria onboarding specialist.
Once connected, Vetstoria can access your practice’s:
- Appointment Settings
- Appointment types
- Durations
- Rooms
- Hours
- Clients
- Patients
Your Vetstoria onboarding specialist will help you complete any necessary setup in your Vetstoria account.
