IDEXX Neo offers a variety of client, patient, product, and sales reports. Each report can be configured with its own analysis criteria, such as date range, branch, veterinarian, and product. Depending on the report, options for result formats include bar chart, pie chart, line chart, PDF, spreadsheet, and on-screen list.

- Click your name in the menu bar. Then click Reports.
- Click the name of the report to run.
Tip: Click the Filter buttonto select one or more report categories (for example, Patient Reports) and/or enter a search term (for example, who got) in the Search box to quickly locate the report you need. The report search will return results that match:
- The report name.
- The report description.
- Or click on the Favorites button
to view the reports you use most frequently and have added to your Favorites list. Then click the report name right from the Favorites drop-down.
Note: Some reports will open automatically using a preset date range.

Note: The reports listed in step 2 above have an enhanced date picker. Use one of the date range presets (This Week, This Month, Last Month, etc.), or select a custom date range or specific date.- To select a custom date range, click the start date first. Then click the end date.
- To select a specific date, click the date twice.
- Select analysis criteria or filters, as needed.
Tip: If available, click the gearto review and select additional filters.
Note: Provider refers to the line-item provider on a consultation, estimate, or refund; except for diagnostics, which use the consultation level provider. - Select the format for the report, if available. Depending on the report, you can download spreadsheet results to your computer and view other formats on screen.
Note: If you need to learn how to total or subtotal in your spreadsheet results after downloading, please refer to the help in your spreadsheet program. - Click Run Analysis or Run.
In the Results area, the options vary depending on the type of report.- For mailing reports, you can download a spreadsheet to your desktop, or you can select a form and send emails or SMS messages using the results. See Send communications for discounts, promotions, and newsletters for more information.
- You can export the Balance Adjustments, Inventory Audit, and both Sales Tax Summary reports as a PDF or view them on-screen.
- You can print the Practice Dashboard or view it on-screen.
Note: The Provider Performance donut charts are not included in the printed version.
