Review and finalize draft consultations

Review and complete all draft consultations before sending statements and running monthly and yearly reports, so patient history will be complete and all charges are captured.

Permissions: System Admin, Branch Manager

Note: If you do not have the System Admin or Branch Manager permissions, see Review and manage consultations.

Complete all invoicing:

  1. Click your name in the menu bar. Then, click Administration.
  2. Under Branch Management, click Statements.
  3. Select Drafts at this Branch from the drop-down list.
  4. Select your date range.
    • To complete monthly review: 1st day of the month through the last day of the month
    • To complete yearly review: 1st day of the year through the last day of the year
  5. Click Go.
  6. Right-click the consultation number and select Open link in new tab.
  7. Click the new tab with the consultation, review, make any edits, and then click Ready to Pay to close the invoice.
  8. Return to the previous tab and refresh the page.
  9. Repeat steps 1-8 as needed until all draft consultations are complete.
