View appointments for a client and patient

This article teaches you how you can easily view appointments for either an entire pet family or one patient.

In the client and patient records, you will see an Appointments tab.

  • To view appointments for an entire pet family, you need to look at the client’s Appointments tab.
  • To view appointments for one patient, you will need to look at the patient's Appointments tab.

The client and patient Appointments tabs default view is appointments on the Schedule. This includes Not Arrived, Arrived, In Progress, Ready to Pay, and Finalized appointments.

Note: Not Arrived includes appointments that display on the Schedule with a status of Not Arrived, Late, and No Show.

You can filter the Appointments tab to also view Cancelled, Deleted, and Rescheduled appointments that no longer display on the Schedule. This is helpful when you know which client or patient had an appointment.

See Navigate the Schedule and view appointment audit details to learn how to locate a Cancelled, Deleted, or Rescheduled appointment from the appointment Audit List on the Schedule. This is helpful when you do not know which client or patient had an appointment but believe it was moved or is missing from a specific date and /or time.
