If your practice allows clients to carry a balance, it’s important to review overdue accounts before sending statements or writing off accounts as bad debt.
You can also view your practice's outstanding balance total on the Practice Dashboard in the Payments section.
Review client account balances

- Click your name in the menu bar. Then click Reports.
- Under Client Reports, locate and select Aged Accounts Receivable.
Tip: Select Client Reports from the Category drop-down, and/or enter a search term (for example, aged or balance) in the Search box to quickly locate the report. - Review or update the date, as needed.
Tip: All unpaid and partially paid invoice amounts, plus any unallocated credits, up to the selected date will be included in the report output. - Optional. For multi-branch practices, select the branch, if needed.
- Click Run.
- Print or download the PDF file, as needed.
- Click Open PDF to print to a local printer or download the PDF.
- Click Cloud Print then select the cloud printer name to print to.
Neo Cloud Print must be configured for this option to display.
- Click Export CSV file to view or print the transaction details, as needed.
