Neo provides flexible workflows to easily refill eligible prescriptions starting either from a patient consultation or Rx tab.
From the Rx tab, you can refill one or more prescriptions at once and select a new or existing draft consultation to add the products to for invoicing.
To be eligible for refill, a prescription must have at least 1 remaining refill or has been authorized to be refilled as needed. If the prescription has no available refills, a new prescription can be created.
When you create a refill, the Rx ID and details (provider, instructions, etc.) will be copied from the previous prescription
